Minister promises action against inefficient, corrupt officers in education dept

Sindh Minister for Education and Literacy Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar has said that appointee officials and colleague chiefs over the territory have been engaged to visit schools under their watch, guarantee the participation of educators, increment enlistment and improve the instructive standard.

Directing a meeting in his office here on Monday, Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar communicated his disdain over the non-task of instructors at their genuine place of posting through the National Testing Service, Institute of Business Administration – Sukkur (IBA-S), Sindh University, and union chambers.

He cautioned officers of the training office to change themselves or face the repercussions.

He likewise asked the Education Secretary Dr Riaz Ahmed Memon to accelerate postings of the deans/headmistresses who had breezed through the IBA tests.

He said that there was no space for wasteful or degenerate authorities in the training office and that he would not endure any weight in such manner.

Prior amid his visit to Khairpur, the pastor suspended officers Jamila Sheik, Ayaz Ahmed Mehasar, Anis ur Rehman Memon, Nighat Sultana, Zulfikar Ali Panhyar, Ghulam Sakina, Aftab Ahmed Memon, Aziz Fatima, Pervaiz Ahmed Quershi, Syeda Abida Shah and Waleed Khaskheli, over poor execution and inability to go to gatherings.
