PESHAWAR: Around 80 portable workstations were dispersed among PhD researchers under Phase-2 of the Prime Minister's Laptop Scheme at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) here on Wednesday.
UET Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Iftikhar Hussain was boss visitor on the event. Dr Khizar Azam, recorder of UET, Shafiullah, collaborator executive Higher Education Commission (HEC), Engr Naveed Ahmad, chief clubs UET, senior employees and understudies were likewise present on the event, said an official statement.
Prof Dr Iftikhar Hussain said that the portable PC plan had been executed easily and straightforwardly at the UET.
He asked the PhD researchers to benefit as much as possible from the portable PCs for examination purposes with a specific end goal to effectively finish their PhD degrees.
He expressed gratitude toward the HEC and national government for arrangement of value tablets to the examination researchers.
Naveed Ahmad prior respected the members. He said that 26 central people had been given the undertaking to recognize and check the meriting PhD researchers to make the procedure straightforward for the tablet conveyance. He likewise specified that the central people were given honorarium surprisingly.
