Govt schools to devise own dress code for students

MANSEHRA: The training office has approved the guardian educator committees (PTCs) of more than 1,395 schools in the area to choose uniform for understudies of the separate foundation as indicated by their own decision.

"Yes, the guardian instructor board of each of the general population area schools in the locale has been given the power by the administration to choose uniform for understudies of the particular foundation," Sarfarz Khan, partner training officer (Establishment), told mediapersons on Tuesday.

Each PTC is driven by the main of a school and has the representation of folks whose youngsters are getting instruction in that school, as its individuals.

Mr Khan said that that region instruction officer Nisar Ahmad had sent a round to the principals and deans of all the 956 grade schools for young men, 116 center schools, 87 optional schools, 24 higher auxiliary schools and 222 theological school schools and requesting that they select summer and winter outfits of their schools. "Presently PTC of each school is having the decision to choose a uniform which suits to the nearby environment and standards," he said.

He said that the instruction office was expecting that soon the PTCs would choose garbs for their separate schools. He said that with the change of state army uniform the certainty of understudies would likewise be helped as now gasp/shirt could likewise be presented as uniform like private instructive organizations in the region.
