UAF’s strategy for teachers’ service structure

FAISALABAD: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) has advanced a technique for overhaul of administration structure of instructors.

UAF Vice Chancellor Iqrar Ahmad Khan said on Sunday the UAF had advanced a thorough criteria for assessment of expert ability of instructors under which educators would need to distinguish their accomplishments in showing and research.

Dr Khan said the methodology for advancement of educators on legitimacy was in consonance with the models set around the globally top perceived colleges. He said in the present year, more than 50 posts of the educators would be empty because of the retirement of instructors which would be filled by the college.

He uncovered that more than 250 collaborator educators, having PhDs, were performing their obligations as instructors.
