Fata students demand release of scholarships

PESHAWAR: Students having a place with different tribal districts have communicated worry over the deferral in payment of grants and asked the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa senator to take individual enthusiasm for arrival of stores and build the confirmation share for them.

The students` delegates, including Wisal Ahmed, Abbas Dawar, Rafiullah and others, told media persons here on Sunday that grants had not been paid to the Fata understudies for past numerous months.

They said that a large portion of the understudies had a place with poor families and they couldn't bear the cost of the instructive costs. They said that the grant was the main hotspot for them to proceed with their studies.

They likewise requested increment in the grant sum, saying that costs of books had expanded complex. They said that they would not request grants in future if the administration gave free of expense instruction to the tribal understudies.

The understudies likewise requested increment in the affirmation share for Fata understudies in the instructive foundations of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as the vast majority of the schools and universities in tribal areas were either shut or harmed because of militancy.
