Model colleges’ teachers demand 20pc allowance

Islamabad, Central Academic Staff Association (CASA) of Islamabad model colleges required by the government, the court's order with respect to 20 percent allocation by Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani to employees of the federal government to be announced.

Presented here, according to a press release on Monday, said the secretary CASA Irfan Mehmood, many federal government employees was to assist the allocation of 20 percent, but it was not on the school staff models, although the court had given directions has been indicated in this respect.

He said that teachers model and other university employees were disenfranchised because no reason. He said that the non-execution of the compensation was a cause of dissatisfaction and discrimination among employees of model schools.

He said that Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani also announced a cut grading for teachers of Islamabad schools and universities, but the same has not been implemented, he said, another cause of discontent among the education community of the federal capital was.

He demanded that teachers should receive money and 20 percent up gradation should be implemented to the satisfaction of the education community Islamabad.
